Description:

As CMOS limits are reached, new technology will be needed to continue the performance increase that electronics has delivered. This course examines circuits and devices beyond traditional CMOS that may enable performance enhancement. This course will investigate devices and circuits based on magnetics, carbon materials, oxide materials, tunnel devices and others.
